In this regard, methods of applying coatings by vapour deposition are becoming widespread, which make it possible to form practically any type of coating on the surface of a steel strip without changing the properties of the base metal due to thermal action. These technological solutions will improve performance and technological characteristics of products.
Implementation features
Existing vapour deposition technologies are not capable of providing high-quality deposition in industrial volumes.
To implement the project, it is necessary to select a method for applying the coatings. Carry out computer simulation of the proposed application method, test the technology with a laboratory setup.
The main stage of the project will be engineering, construction and commissioning of a pilot plant for vapour deposition coating application. The project will end with the receipt of a pilot industrial batch of strips and their testing by potential customers.
